We automatically calculate and collect sales tax on subscription payments when required by your local tax regulations. This is managed through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) based on your billing address.

We also share data with:

You must be at least 18 years old to use ARKLA. By registering, you agree to:

2. Permitted Use
Users may only use ARKLA for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription terms (e.g., annual plans, pre-sale discounts) are clearly displayed at checkout.
- All payments are securely processed via Stripe
- Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law
- Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or other governmental charges as required by law based on your billing address. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to pay all such taxes and charges.

ARKLA does not sell user personal information.
By signing up as a professional, you authorize ARKLA to share your name, contact information, certifications, resume, roles worked, skills, work preferences, and any other profile related information with verified providers solely for the purpose of recruitment or job-related communication.
All providers accessing such information agree to:
- Use the information only to evaluate and contact professionals for legitimate job opportunities
- Not resell, distribute, or misuse the data
- Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and any other applicable data protection laws
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the provider’s access and potential legal action.
5. User Content
You grant ARKLA a global, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute any content you submit (e.g., resumes, messages) for the purpose of operating the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights to share it.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
ARKLA is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee that:
- Jobs will be posted or filled
- Your profile will be viewed
- The platform will be error-free or continuously available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARKLA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraud or abuse
- Required payment fails or is disputed
You may cancel your account at any time via your profile settings.

- All actions taken under your account are your responsibility, and you are liable for any misuse that results from unauthorized access.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed by anyone other than yourself or an authorized company representative, you must notify us immediately at info@arklaintegrityunited.org.
Violating this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and potential legal action if unauthorized data access or misuse occurs
9. Data Breaches and Notification
You agree to notify ARKLA promptly of any suspected breach involving your account. ARKLA will notify users and regulators as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. EU users retain their consumer protections under GDPR.
